Yuanode use LME grade "A" copper for copper anode by upcasting(upward continueou casting) to produce phosphor copper anode, oxygen-free copper anode and phorpher-free copper anode for electroplating. The whole processing is under non-oxygen condition. The grain size is uniform and homogeneous, which markes ions dissloved stable and reduces sludge in plating solution. The anode's appreance is very bright with clean surface without grease, oil or oxidization. It is no need to pre-polish treatement when putting in electroplating bath and thus minimize the consumption of brighteners.
