Innovatively equipped with three types of safety devices, has an infrared fire monitor, oil temperature monitor, automatic fire extinguisher and many other safety design features. Has an automatic sparking off time adjustment to prevent carbon accumulation and electrode wear. Match sparking gap control to obtain smooth and fine surface finish. Utilizes a special MOSFET electrical discharge circuit design for rapid speed finishing and reduced electrode wear to enable mold surface polishing and prevent surface hardening. Can choose add optional mirror surface finishing system can be installed to achieve ultra-fine surface finishing of more than Ra0.2µm. |

Has metric and inch measurement unit as well as Chinese- and English-language switching functions. Optical measurement direction can be set or modified by internal code. The X.Y.Z. axis Automatic edge finding functions, inner hole centers and outer hole centers; automatic edge tracing functions, simply and easy for operation. Program edit utilizes dialogue-type and matching graphics program language that is easy to learn. Auxiliary program routines can be added to the main execution program. The main execution program is capable of modifying any sparking condition to enable easy control of finishing conditions to attain the best condition. Capable of indicating multiple coordinates, absolute value, increase volume value, mechanical value, etc. for convenient reference by the operator. Manual positioning speed by phaseless servo, with a variable speed range of 0%~150%. Selectable C-axis or automatic electrodes change for active and convenient finishing method. |
