UFO thread inserts are used on CNC machine and with the help of threading program, one insert can be used to make several types of threads such internal threads, external threads, pipe thread with different sizes. These inserts can be used in small machines for machining large size threads and high precision requirement threads. This will result in reducing purchasing cost on taps.

Other type of straight thread mill insert can make only one type of thread. These types of thread mill inserts require heavy cutting power. However, Y.T. indexable thread mill unlike others can make huge threads in small machines. The entire series are available in 55°, 60°. Insert diameters are available in Ø 12, Ø 15, Ø 20, Ø 25. All the required cutting parameters are available in the catalog. Using programming, various kinds of threads can be achieved.
