The setscrews of locknut intersect a 30° angle with radius which drive the locking brass perfectly stuck on the thread flank of shaft.
‧No thrust washer or keyway needed.
‧Easy to assemble and disassemble.
‧Can be re-used if handled properly.
‧The connecting face and thread area are all produced by high precision grinding process.
‧The series locknut flank surface is produced by grinding. The series is specially designed to generate powerful braking capacity due to
deformation of locknut itself, which makes the male and female threads contact tightly together.
‧Locked without lock washer and key way.
‧Easy assembly and disassembly
‧Can be reused if handled correctly.
‧Material：JIS SCM440/DIN42CrMo4/AISI 4140
