EV Charging Connector

The main conductive charging for Electric Vehicle (EV) & Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) are AC charging & DC charging. Currently charging the EV / PHEV by AC is transforming the power useable for the battery on board. The battery will recover from 0% to 80% in about 7-14 hours. And the coupling Interfaces that AC charging uses are different according to counties. USA, Japan and Taiwan use the SAE J1772 standard connectors, European Union uses the IEC62196 standard, and China uses the GB/T 20234.2 & QC/T 841 AC Specification. Cause of the high output power, DC charging highly shortens the charging process (about 15-30 minutes under the same circumstances), currently there are the Japan's CHAdeMO, China's GB/T 20234.3 & QC/T 841 DC Specifications and the DC charging interface connector SAE J1772 Combo connectors issued by SAE International.
