By employing a large-scale heat exchanger to lower the inlet temperature, the refrigeration load can be reduced while increasing the outlet temperature to prevent water droplets from forming in the pipelines. The entire system operates with automatic control, maintaining a constant dew point temperature throughout the year.
The refrigeration compressor utilizes a newly imported sealed type with high wear resistance and strong refrigeration capacity, achieving the highest Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER value). It also adopts the most optimal system piping and anti-vibration effects.
The cooler is specially designed to increase the heat transfer area by more than 50%, ensuring full contact between compressed air and the cooler to fully utilize the refrigeration capacity of the compressor. After gas-liquid separation, the dehumidification capacity exceeds 99%.
The device includes an automatic water flow control valve, which adjusts the cooling water quantity automatically based on the load size and different temperatures throughout the year. This ensures that the compressor maintains a constant pressure, thereby extending its service life.
